numbers

Can we have consecutive numbers on the posts in one thread as this would make it very easy to relate who/what we are talking to, it can get quite difficult to answer a previous post when a lot of posts happen in a short time frame. With numbers we could just say ''so far as post #12 is concerned, what a stupid answer''
If the numbers were fixed and not dynamic it would also make easy to see where a post has been removed from the sequence, as now you can only notice this by the sudden jump in subject or whatever.
