Can you explain this in more detail please, Ed. For instance how many questions and answers are we allowed in what period of time.

All - we don't necessarily want to publicise the quota, because part of the reason for needing this system is to counter spammers and the 'hackers' who occasionally attack the site.
Also, as you may appreciate � web based communication, especially as demonstrated on this site, is dynamic (in more ways than one!) and we are constantly reviewing protocol within reason. Issues raised in this category may not appear to be resolved as quickly as you can refresh a web page, but they are always considered and we aim to answer your queries as quickly as possible.
