In answer to your question, they don't. For some reason there's a bug in some of the software on this site. As far as I know, AB Editor and his cast of thousands are aware of it and hope to resume normal service as soon as possible.

Something to do with the ActiveX control they've decided to use for HTML formatting. It's an Internet Explorer thing. A browser trying to do more than it should. May I recommend Firefox. A great alternative that does what it says on the tin.

Firefox may do what it says on the tin but this site is coded specifically for IE. With Firefox, you don't get the text editor when you post a question or reply so all that you can post is plain text.

No bold, colours etc.
