another reporting option

hello to Mrs AB ed, you may not know me but I am a fairly consistent user on the Answerbank website. i was wondering if the techno boffins, aka Brother Blank and Brother Bland, could see their way to adding another option for reporting posts in a purely self moderating way, that is the 'Just-Not -Necessary' option.
