Does anyone know the group who are singing in the latest M&S advert featuring models on the VSOE.

The title of the tune is 'Aint She Pretty.'

According to M&S its The Charioteers though if it is them it's a significantly different recording to the one commercially available.

Its not the Treniers either and certainly not Fats Waller either. STill looking as loads of people have covered this song

What I think they have done is got hold of an original 78 recording of this from the National Sound Archive and PAID to have it digitally captured by a sound engineer. It certainly does not sound like a standard CD version.
It could also be a facsimile copy using sound alike singers.
Very clever however it was done.

Thanks for the research folks! I�ve purchased the Charioteers copy. Whilst it�s very close, it definitely isn�t what M&S used. However, as has been shared by Sometimesit, it�s possibly that the M&S agency re-engineered the song to fit the commercial. However, the more I listen, the more I suspect, they�ve used a bespoke group to match it. I should think it would certainly be more cost effective. Nevertheless, if anyone gets further information, I�d be most grateful. Thank you!
