As with any KPI a manager assessing and reacting positively to these factors would be expected to achieve higher performance. Some of the non financial issues are harder to justify acting on with upper management so it depends on the culture of the company.

Why are you issuing an instruction to us? I prefer it when people come clean about it being homework, ask politely for assistance and give us some context (what course/level, what business area, is it for a 6000 word dissertation or is just a paragraph needed, etc).
I also prefer it if they show they have given some original thought themselves and post some ideas for us to comment on.
