I even though the show after was good this week (last week i hated it) i loved the guy with the biscuit problem lol.
P.s how much work has Bowie had?

Agree 100% with you on "Extras" Surreygirl. I'm a bit disappointed with the new series so far to be honest though. I think Ricky's become a bit formulaic in contriving "embarrassing" situations; plus the actual "extras" context doesn't seem to apply any more. However, it still has laugh-out-loud moments.
Having said that, I thought last night's Mitchell & Webb was the better programme...

I think what we're watching on Extras is actually quite ground-breaking. If you put it on expecting Brent-esque buffoonery you're setting yourself up to be disappointed. The story-telling is top-notch and the set-pieces are sometimes laugh-out-loud funny, sometimes heartbreaking, often both at the same time. Can't really think of another show which does this sort of thing so well. The spectacle of David Bowie singing "sad little pug-nose man" was just about the funniest, and saddest, thing I've seen in years, brilliant!

Thursday nights is now brilliant for comedy on BBC2, an hour and a half of hilarity. I was slightly disappointed by Extras last week, but I thought it returned to its usual brilliant form tonight. Mitchell and Webb is also hilarious, I'm going to see them live in a couple of months, woo-hoo! Mock the Week continues to rival Have I Got News For You as the funniest panel show around, the 'Scenes We Want to See' never fails to entertain, reminds me of the good old days when Whose Line is It Anyway was on.
