Have to admit to failure. Most times it is listed as "Anon", and it seems to be the most adapted phrase in modern english. The second line (I wonder where the birdy(ies) is) is frequently substituted, the worst one ive seen replaces birdies with critters. GAH
I think it's a Spike Milligan poem.
