So... Lucifer was a disobedient angel who was cast out of Heaven and became Satan, the Devil, the ruler of Hell, so who was Beelzebub? Was he the Antichrist, Satan's son?

And never mind that - who ruled Hell before Satan? Nobody? Was it a lawless state? Or did Satan create Hell, and if so, where did all the bad souls go?? Limbo??
