never allow server rights to anything unless you find stuff you REALLY wan't to work doesn't . ZoneLabs will tell you that very few programs require server rights and you will effectively negate the use of your firewall by allowing unscrupulous programs from running riot behind your back.

lsa shell is part of windows os and is a necessary process for normal internet use.
