I needed some cash short term and foolishly took out a payday loan (twice this year when needed). I had no problems paying it back but since I took out the last loan I have now lost my job! Trying to find another one now but does not help me when the company need to take money out of the month. I have contacted CAB for advice but after 2 weeks of waiting still nothing. Where do I stand with the company - I do want to pay it but obviously I cant pay it off comletely. Can anybody help

Contact the company a.s.a.p. and tell them the stuation, and did you have a insurance on the loan?
surely all jobs are paid in arrears, meaning you still have a payday with which to pay. if this is not the case for whatever reason then please see the cab quick as i belive the interest raytes on payday loans are over 1000%
hi missymiss
if there is a credit union near you, you can get a loan from them. i'm on D.L.A and i got a loan from them no problem.

You must start searching your new job or any other source of income; however you can easily get any income source, don’t worry. You must consult with any good financial adviser, near to your home. I am sure that there may be some solutions for you.
