An agency told me they were looking for someone like me (flattering at the time) and it was with a rival company. I took the leap and went for it and it was the best thing I've done in my short career. The interview was fairly tough but you have to remember, if they've contacted you for an interview then as long as you don't stuff up and keep a cool head in the interview you've basically got the job.
The hardest bit for me was telling the boss that I was leaving and where I was going...that was so tough. If and when you get the job you have to walk into your boss's office with your mind made up and tell them 'i''ve made my mind up and I'm leaving' otherwise they may well try to offer you more money which will only make it more difficult for you.
Hope this helps and,
Good Luck
