sentencing for harrasment?

i got charged with harrasment, and its my firsy ever offence...what kind of sentence should i expect to receive??

its a ******* joke im innocent i even work as a probation officer myself what a disgrace **** english law...

If as you say you are a probation officer you will know the guideline sentence for a section 5

You'll only receive a sentence if you are found guilty. Is there a stack of evidence against you?

Of course, if you are found guilty you will probably lose your job.

You will not get sentenced. the f.....g jails are full - if its your first offence and you are guilty of section2 then you will be fined and possibly a community service. As a probation

If you have been charged with section2.1.2 then that is the lowest end of the scale which is a fine and possibly a community service. you need to read the letter police would have given you and check the section. if it is section2 then don,t worry its just a procedure. This is not serious and you dont need to stress. Keep AWAY FROM THAT WOMAN!! be carefull at the moment police will arrest you if you go any where near her. sorry mate but its a crule world.

There are 18 sections of this harrasment charge find out what your section is, lowest is 2.1 if thats the case then dont worry, you will get a telling off......

nowadays they dont charge if they aint got evidence against u.they cant RISK a miscarriage of justice - although yea they happen... u cant really be innocent. but i were u i would expect a community sentence and fine.1st offence take it on the chin! lesson to be learnt...the law has really tightened up on that legislation...good luck mate

I think anger management might help as part of your sentence

Listen mate I would'nt worry too much you have been charged for harrasment section 2. there is nthg u can do to change that. go to themagistrates look sad, destroyed and SO SORRY, you will get the minimum punishment. for every 100 people they arrest for harrasment 1 gets charged and yor the unlucky one.LOL
If I were you i would make sure my solicitor is up to the score. when you have your interview pour your heart out and make sure you report is DAMN GOOD and I mean EVIL GOOD. play the game you ann't done nthgg that millions of people do every day.
if its a woman you harrassed then learn a lesson. love them leave them. One day you will meet a woman who will be your wife and a other to them kids!!!! until then dont chase them DONT SPEND ALL YOUR MONEY ON THEM. NOT WORTH IT. KEEP YOU DOE TO YOUR SELF.
