I Won Judgement.

I won my small claims against a couple that owed me money. When I filled out ththe forms it was as joint liability.

They offered £20 a month (which would have taken an incredible 16 years to pay) but I obviously objected.

I sent the forms the claimants sent me to the court objecting and asking for £125 a month. I have just had back from the court a form for each of the defendants saying they each have to pay £125 a month.

However I am confused. If that between them or each?

Thanks

I think you may have answered it yourself in para 3. However to verify which is the correct amount, call the clerk to the court or the admin office from where you received the judgment notice.

OK a I will call tomorrow.

Can they object now that it has gone through.

I also wonder, because they will be moving in a couple of months and I am pretty sure they will not give me their forwarding address and I don't have their employer details (they left that blank on the court forms), how do I go about getting it?
The Clerk to the court should give you all the information you need.
I would not want to give you wrong information so I suggest you mention your concerns to the Court Office and ask for their advice on the points you have just raised - and anything else you are unsure of.
