Where I live voted Brexit, but I am not hearing hearing happy people.

The voters are disappointed, can't see any good results, and a lot of travel inconveniences.

Maybe I am just TROB.

anyone out therethink Brexit has been a rip roaring success ?

'Where I live voted Brexit'

what, all of them?

It hasn't been a success nor a total disaster, but it is pretty close to the latter.

I voted to remain.

I have to confess to not having had any travel issues at all but my experiences are limited to Spain.

I also smile and make eye contact with operatives which might help.

Overall though it seems to have been an out and out farce and disaster.

It's great to know you've actually asked every voter whether they're happy tho, Gromit. Very diligent of you.

you did ask every voter didn't you?

I can't believe those that expected changes straight away , it'll take more than 7 years to establish life free of the shackles of the Europe warlords

Brexit was a success      ...   the whole point of Brexit was to extract our United Kingdom from the suffocating clutches of a Franco German ponzi scheme. It did that. The unsatisfactory aftermath is not the result of Brexit. It is the result of an unforgivable reaction by the EUSSR, and the home grown vassal establishment who have done their best to cling onto their "supplier". We will remember them.

If we had stayed in the EU, we would all be millionaires by now Rodney.

and then you do a Russell Brand and they run away screaming !

and you shout: oh come on it is only Mr Wibbly wobbly!

Don't worry Dougie, we'll all Raleigh round

Where i live also Gromit they voted for Brexit. The only problem i have with them was the fact that the majority Brexiteers up here in Scotland were also SNP supporters and voters.None so queer as folk,eh?

Has anyone noticed how far downhill Germany has gone since Brexit?

Another Brexit thread, and some people think AB is getting boring?

I've been to Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Turkey just this year and I've had no travel inconveniences whatsoever, apart from the M25.

Considering the relentless opposition its encountered since a sniff of a referendum was bandied around, of course it's been a success.   Sad and frustrating for some no doubt, but this country is doing ok.

Has anyone noticed how far downhill Germany has gone since Brexit?

Err No; the third graph in the links below show that the UK economy (GDP per capita) has effectively remained flat since the Tories came to power 13 years ago.

In comparison, since Brexit the German GDP per capita has grown from around US$40k to US$50k – oh for a German performing economy in the UK.

When will the Brexiteers stop telling lies?

"Rip roaring" is a bit much. With the right politicians it could have been, and still be, a lot better. However we are officially out, and unless our government isn't signing up to loads of EU control, such as military combos and closer political unions there may still be a chance it isn't BRINO after all. But we really need a parliament who actually believes in our nation and stops all this pussyfooting around and complying with the demands of external global groups. Hopefully one that'd rewrite the withdrawal agreement too, especially removing that Windsor nonsense, and the Irish Sea border insanity.

But of those 13 tory years most were in EU....the biggest fall was 2010 _ 2013 when we were in EU... its picked up since we left.

Selective stats

Has anyone benefitted from Brexit? Has anyone on this website? How has anyone benefitted from Brexit? How have ordinary folk gained anything from Brexit? As mentioned before, I didn't vote in the referendum because I didn't think it would make the slightest difference to us, the great unwashed, whether we were in the EU or out of it. I still think that.
