A batch of eight to 10 Chinooks, currently being refitted to bolster British operations in Afghanistan, is not expected to be ready until December.

When did they start and why another four months, just to refit eight to ten existing ones?

How long does it take to make a Chinook from new?

Thanks for that Gromit, it's worse than I thought.

Heads should roll, but we all know they won't.
