Don't know of your quiz, but guess its to do with old adverts.

There was a soap called CADUM and their advert was Cadum for Madam

Wow Peter127 What an answer!! I was about 5 years old when I had a Gas Mask.Memories of being evacuated and being bombed out are all flooding back.I'll go for that one.Thankyou.Can vaguely remember Cadum TheWinner,
