The morning was a hoot, as usual !! One of the most therapeutic groups I've ever been a part of ....floating population of seven, plus one dog ...we tackle anything and come away feeling fantastic and it's really only a craft get together.

You pinching all the rain again are you ....ok our weather is gorgeous but we're all watering just to keep things alive ....not good at all so send me some.

Ozzy, Mi' ol' love spud, yes a little bit since 'it' refreshed my streak not me dropping the ball,  I have being on a run of getting mostly four's but with the five also not being as shy. 

Only difference is I try work out a few before swapping letters unlike before played for each word.

Thanks for the concern Steff andOzzy but we are all OK. Following 40 days of very high temperatures (100 degrees plus many days and no rain since February, the weather was going to change and it did!  I had a VERY violent tropical storm yesterday, the worst I have known - some roofs in the village were blown off. My own house suffered some damage, but more to my garden as 4 trees were uprooted and 8 inch diameter branches snapped off. I also lost a large 8 foot diameter satellite dish with the bit of roof it was attached too. No electricity for 30 hours and I still have no water,but everyone is safe! My wife has another 13 nestlings to rear as their nests were in the trees that came down.

We had 4 inches of rain in 30 minutes but it was the gale/hurricane that went with it that was the real problem.
