I have a Canon Pixma 4850 which has been great. Printing a run of documents today, it started squeaking as the sheets fed through. Then it stopped and the 2 light flash at me!
Printer error 6A81 comes up on the screen.
Can anyone help identyify what this is please?
I have unplugged it twice but on switching on the two lights just flash.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks for that.
I followed the info but could not find anything in the machine that might be wrong. I removed and replaced the head, sprayed wd 40 on the moving squeely bits , vaseline on the guides pressed the buttons and held the orange one for a few seconds and voila all working again.
Thanks.
