When a limited company (e.g XYZ Ltd) is struck-off I suspect the company bank account of XYZ Ltd will be frozen. But what happens if the director has other limited companies still trading, do these accounts get frozen as well?

Thanks for your reply.

No, however, depending on the circumstances of the failure of the failed Company the Director could be barred from any other Directorships.

Thanks for your response. The accountant should have informed companies house that XYX Ltd has stop trading. But the accountant seems to have not done so.
Now the director of XYZ Ltd is also a director of ABC Ltd. So hopefully the bank account of ABC Ltd does not get frozen.
