It's not uncommon for artists families to release their final work, or further work.

Mac Miller, a well known rap artist known for dying from an overdose of fentanyl when he thought he was taking pure codine has an album coming out later this year. It is his final works from before he died.

I would think her fans would like it, as for me was never a big fan of her singing, but a star, and entertainer of long standing.

Acts have long had hundreds of unreleased or unfinished music hidden away after they pass away/break up. The Beatles had three albums of material released in the 90s. Queen released an album with Freddie vocals a few years after he passed. John Lennon's final album was released in 1983. Prince is supposed to have left an entire vault of unreleased material when he died.

This is nothing new and not particularly newsworthy IMO.
