Bit of an unusual situation & possible fraud.

Where is best to get quick legal advice? Even telephone it dosent require face to face

You could try a direct access barrister - I know quite a few will have a prelim chat for no fee. Best thing to do is google chambers near to you and see if they have anyone who does that kind of work who will do direct public access.

Morning tinks. Most solicitors will give you a short free consultation.
depends on what it;s about, if in UK i would start with
Citizens Advice Bureau, it's free for a start then go from there.
CAB will tell you what I've just told you.

I experienced a Finance Advice gone wrong situation - a couple of letters from me got them paying up - they feared the publicity of anything more formal.

I found a local “Advice clinic” I have emailed but that isnt speedy.
