If the part about some already having had asylum granted elsewhere is true then I'm afraid it points to what's wrong with the system.

Incompetence and utter laziness.

What's to be done about the undocumented who bob across as day trippers and are then popped into a system that seems on the face of it designed to prevent their expulsion?

Or commission a no longer used ship TTT and by doing that it would stop them disappearing into our towns and cities , they could be dealt with humanely with food and a clean bed and also be assessed as to whether of not they could claim asylum here

That is no guarantee that they will accept them back.They will find some excuse not to accept them.
