Crank it up perhaps and pretend the clubs are open. Starting with a seminal 80s recording with Peter Hook sporting Clint Eastwood's hair, Marlon Brando's jacket, and Charlie Chaplin's pants then making it uber cool by playing a base guitar like no one ever had. Social distancing is suspended for an hour or so.

B A D were the go to band in those "smokey" days of yore now long gone. :)) All their stuff was very good. Liked Sudden Impact and The Bottom Line. This is a very rare 12" version of it that a brother of mine played for ever.

Of course some of that British stuff found its way over to the States and a band from Chicago had this up their sleeves in the early 90s. They recorded some stellar tracks and this was one of the first. It was the first track I ever heard of theirs and I heard every one after it.

Looking back at some of my "stuff" I found this track tucked away then found this clip on yoo toob. Stephen Morris is drumming like the punk era taught him to. Can never be replicated. Age Of Consent is long gone.

Those were the days.
