Just wondering why flights or exports to Russia from these countries with weapon supplies aren't to be stopped, is there a fear of retaliation from them? I thought flights etc in and out were banned, is it different when it's a military cargo?

I’m sure they could have a whip round in Eritrea too ;-)

Excellent.
This isn’t where I saw it but here is an interesting link.

Just to confirm what Gromit said above, provided the weapons aren’t going via routes that can be intercepted then there’s nothing that can be done.

Russia
It's up to them. We can't, nor should we, enforce any kind of ban if those sovereign countries have not signed up to any sanctions.
Ukraine has liberated Bakakliya, Kharkiv region. I know no one has heard of it but it’s the by far largest town to be retaken.
And larger ones await …
