Is There Any Point In This Sub-Section?

I’m only asking because on this page it says:
Welcome to the Editor's blog. Here is the place to ask questions about The AnswerBank.
As I’ve just asked a reasonable question asking about my thread, is there any chance it’ll get answered or is it just spite from an over zealous Mod?
Just asking because if this is deleted too you can consider it my last post on the site, just wanted a scintilla if common decency and manners, not much to ask.
Thanks

As far as I'm concerned, anyone who doesn't want to know the result of a particular sporting event should simply stay well clear of social media (and ' interactive' websites, such as AB). However I don't think that having a post disappear is really something worth getting one's knickers in a twist about. I've just spent 10 minutes carefully putting together...

Chilldoubt, the Ed's message, after the World Cup spoiler - 'Please do keep the results of sporting events out of thread titles, as a courtesy in case other members haven't seen the results. Thanks!

Must’ve missed it on the site whilst out on my bike or watching the cycling, avoiding news and interactive sites as Chris suggested.
Just sayin’......

Well you have been quite chilled about I suppose chill - you haven't put up anything like the fight Minty did the other week about a World Cup result :-)

LOL, did I miss a good one? Teddy bear flame throwered?
Either way, just glad I’ve ignited such interest in cycling, hope you’ll all be following La Vuelta next month, looking forward to some lively debate(spoilers will be inserted to accommodate the more avid pushiron fans).
Anyone think Froomey will lead the team? Or has this TdF proved to be one GT too far?
Thoughts?

Theland,
I don’t concur about the crash, he’s generally expect to make that back in the mountains anyway. I genuinely don’t think Sky knew who they were going to back until G won that mountain stage. After that Froomey looked a tad jaded but after what he did in the Giro I would never count him out. It’s now fairly certain that 4 GT’s on the doin May have taken its toll but again, I wouldn’t count against him coming back stronger for La Vuelta.
Sky can now look to dominate all 3 GT’s for the foreseeable future, with the added bonus that Thomas loves the Classics too, so they’ll be firing on all fronts IMHO.
