I think the one you mean is Bathtime In Clerkenwell by The Real Tuesday Weld. I hope that this is right, the lyrics certainly sound similiar!

I think you might mean the theme from 'Un homme et une femme' or 'A man and a woman' from the original soundtrack to the french movie of the same name by Francis Lei.

As far as I know, you are talking about an animated ad for Lucozade Energy..the only thing I can find on this was on a site called whatsthattune.co.uk.  Hope this helps.
