When I first saw this question it did have an answer, but then when I went back to the category it was showing as unanswered so I answered it, but then Mailmutts answer re-appeared so I think AB was playing silly beggars and maybe mailmutts answer wasn't showing when spatchco looked - so maybe not his/her fault for thanking mailmutt.
