Which five guys (in their prime) would you like to have a few drinks with. Mine would be.
1.John Lennon.
2.Jimmy Cagney.
3.John Wayne.
4.Billy Connolly.
5.Oliver Reed.
Billy Connolly certainly: definitely not Reed or Lennon. Don't know much about the others.
The only famous person I have ever drunk with was Barney McKenna of the Dubliners and I'd keep him on the list.
Ian Paisley, as they'd be cheap rounds and he was supposedly good company, Mikhail Gorbachev and James Ellroy perhaps.
All in the room together would have been fun
My Dad
My Paternal Grandfather
My Maternal Grandfather (who I never knew)
My Maternal Great Grandfather (who I never knew but had some vision and a very thick skin in 1937)
