Right ladies
The sun is out the sky is blue and it may very well hot up a bit a bit soon which means less slap. .This winter has taken it's toll on my skin and in spite of exfoliating ,cleansing and whatnot it looks dingy to me .
I don't expect miracles at my age but just need something to brighten my skin a bit and make it look a bit fresher .Do any of you use face packs on a regular basis and if so what can you recommend .

That's a face cream isn't it society ? What I mean is those things you put on and then peel off and it's supposed to leave you looking ...ahem ....radiant :)
Years ago we called them mud packs which mostly contained Fullers Earth.I think they're a bit more sophisticated these days with stuff like 'Allo Vera in them .
I really don't need blusher tamborine.I'm not pale skinned and I have no intention of walking about looking like Coco the clown :)

Hi... I've used hundreds of different products over the years, but the best one for me is one I buy in Holland and Barrett. It's Dead Sea Magic or something like that. A sachet of mud powder in a card sleeve/jacket for £3.25 approx. You mix the contents with water (blending very quickly to prevent lumps forming) and apply to the face avoiding the hairline. Once set, peel off. Your skin feels tingly clean afterwards.
I use The Bodyshop Warming Mineral Face Mask, and have done for a number of years.
It produces the loveliest warming sensation when you put it on, and never leavers your skin feeling tight after. It is perfect for oily skin, which is what I have.
