Right ladies
The sun is out the sky is blue and it may very well hot up a bit a bit soon which means less slap. .This winter has taken it's toll on my skin and in spite of exfoliating ,cleansing and whatnot it looks dingy to me .
I don't expect miracles at my age but just need something to brighten my skin a bit and make it look a bit fresher .Do any of you use face packs on a regular basis and if so what can you recommend .

Good afternoon all. Have been doing a paperwork sort and now have the european shredding mountain and I am only about a third of the way through. Its a fine sunny day here. later on I am going to do some posting and banking. If I leave it till later I can take the boys with me.

Yoohoo Woofy .
I love shredding :)
Mr S is a paper mountain accumulator .No sooner do we get rid than he builds another mountain .
I have a lovely Spode dish on top of the fridge .It's full of crip that he collects :)
Turned out lovely here too now .Bright and sunny .
Take care on your errands xxx
I don't like shredding, my shredder's a manual one and you may recall how I dropped it and the handle broke and fell off. BUT, never buy owt new if you can get a bit more go out of the old one and I discovered to my utter glee that if I clamped some mole grips to the remaining stub of handle I could use those to turn it. Wooo!! I'm sure if I put my mind to I could invent something ya know.

This weather is amazing and I decided to have an amble to ye olde shoppes and I'm so glad I did, I saw two friends (separately) I hadn't seen for ages as well as a local neighbour. I was out for an hour & half and only bought lotto tickets, bread and cheese. :o)

Hope your friend's ok neti, I'd be a wreck if it happened to me.
Dark and overcast here now. I have got fire insert up and running, so nice homely glow tonight in front of the TV. Not chilly enough for actual heating.

Lovely boots Woofy .
I've never been given any advice as to footwear with my crunchy knees .
All I've had is the wash outs ,physio and lately Xrays ,just to be told ..yes ... they are degenerating badly and you are looking at replacements at some time in the future .
I can no longer kneel down or sit on my knees if you know what I mean .I can't squat down either .If I want to get down on the floor for example I have to do a sort of a side shuffle .
Go down on one knee ( crunch ),then the other ( crunch ) and then flop to the side .
Don't ask how I get up again ...it's like a comedy show :)

Mwahahaha! ..Fame at last :)
Lofty in Lights .
We'll be asking for her autograph soon :)
Quick ...run out the red carpet ....get a posh frock Lofty !
Apparently I have collapsed arches which make my foot roll inward putting strain on the knee joints. The treatment was amazing. Its called the Graston technique. Quite hard massage with shaped metal tools. It relieves the pain immediately and breaks down scar tissue and tight sinew. he said there might be some cartilage problems or arthritis there too but I don't fancy surgical intervention unless there is no option.
These are the boots I tried on but didn't buy

I'm glad you've got some relief from the pain Woofy . Mine is arthritis so not much to be done with them really .I just trudge along and hope for the best .
I wear a support sometimes.
Love these boots ..
I do find though if I wear really flat shoes like pumps my knees ache more .
Anyway , Goodnight you good folks .
I keep nodding off so may as well go and stretch out to nod rather than hang off the edge of the sofa .
Sleep well all and hope you and the dogs have a quiet night Woofy without noisy fireworks xx
I like those grey boots woofy, and black ones are like my Pradas, yes I do have a pair!

Absolutely storming here, rain , thunder, lightning, can't see 5" inb front of face, storm is just going round and round and round. Poor Mr N is supposed to be in a golf comp in half an hour, he's till going cos there's a meal after.

I have to take hija to airport at 5pm but if it's till like this, I'll put her in a taxi as I am too scared to drive.
Type Your Answer Here...Hi all, my email appears to be sending out jokes without my knowledge, please do not open anything that purports to be from me at the moment, I gave up sending you all emails when this happened last time. I will let you know on here if I email you, sorry.
neti, if you think your email has been hacked (which it must have been if it is sending things out to people in your contact list - but I haven't received anything) then change your password.
Morning all... the sun was shining but it's disappeared for the moment....no it's back again..

Love the red version of those boots woofy, I think they're the ones they use in their tv ad aren't they?
I need putting on casters today, when I stood up after my first cuppa this morning I got a squealingly sharp pain in my left groin & down my leg, I couldn't move for a minute or so. Now it's a dull ache. :o(

I haven't received any mail from you either neti.

Oooh, I had a brief moment in the movie! Will there be payment?...better get me slap on in case someone discovers me.
oh, a pair of these I think :o)

Been ojut for coffe got caught in a tremendous rainstorm and luckily I was wearing my wellies, but everything else got soaked, so sat in jeans which were sopping at the knees, and a top with wet arms.

Glad none of you received an email, I had one sent back from my bro, so maybe he was messing about.

Shaney how awful for you having just read your post about kneeling, I can kneel but cannot always get up imediately.
