Hairy Mole
4 Answers
I have a mole on my face that sprouts half a dozen strong hairs. I had one removed 30 years ago and it was quite a palaver. Operating theatre, the full works. Have things moved on since then?

Not really, depends on how big the mole is, if the diagnosis is in doubt (moles may change) and who is going to do the operation
"Quite a palaver?" ...not sure what you mean.
Usually done under "freezing" (local anesthetic) but may on occasions be done by "putting you to sleep".
If it is on the face, then take a tip........get it done by a Plastic Surgeon.
