In strict circles that's true. However, some Muslims adhere strictly to 'the rules' when it suits them - and that's when they're determined to be awkward. I don't believe this concession should have been allowed.

So two lads aged 14 and 15 have caused an entire Country to be outraged, I'm sure it could have been handled better and indeed quieter rather than sending out the wrong message to other gullible students.
