Tamoxifen Side Effects

Hi everyone
I'm 6 months in from starting Tamoxifen. Side effects not too bad but do feel full/bloated a lot.
Weight gain too which I've struggled with as always been quite petite. I'm grateful for being able to get through breast cancer and a pill a day is nothing but after any tips from anyone on how to deal with the weight gain and other side effects?
I eat well, and very active. I don't eat loads so not sure I can cut back much on amount I eat.
Appreciate hearing other people's experiences. Thanks
