Knee Pain...

Woke up with excruciating pain in my left knee yesterday. To the point of not being able to bend it!!

I soldiered on and planned to see the doctor on Monday!

I took an ibrofen 600mg before bed last night, cuz I also had a slight back pain. Would you believe me if I told you I woke up this morning pain free?!

Good ol' sqads advice! He think he swears by them!
