period problems

I started my period two weeks ago and since then have had the browny after bits. Now I have started another period - what is wrong. I am 47 this year and always had regular periods. Can anyone help.

go to the GP for a blood test, he will be able to tell you about your hormone levels and confirm that it is the menopause or not... but I think that crisgal is right, welcome to the club!
