if this is the first time and you have no other symptoms e.g post coital bleeding or dyspareunia, then i would monitor the situation.

I assume your are concerned because you have previously been so regular?

Post-coital bleeding isn't occurring, since one isn't getting any at the moment...

I was also far too young for the menopause sqad, the blood test proved otherwise and I've been on HRT for 8 months now.

mmm I started perimenopause (looking back) at around 38. Did you get any diagnosis in your 20's?
