Just a prediction. There are 2 years after Article 50 anyway. Anyone can drag their feet if they want to.

Maybe the Leave campaign were a bit negligent in not specifying how it would all work (or not work) in practice. It is one of the problems when those responsible for campaigning for an outcome are then not the ones who have to implement it.
Now the decision has been made to leave I think we should get on and do it properly to get the best outcome possible and for now we have to put faith in the elected government. If by the next election there is no sign of progress then I think the only party that could take it forward at the next election if they form the government is UKIP or a new Tory government with a more Eurosceptic set of MPs.
I think it'll take 5 years to sort this out cassa and I'm not sure what can change that
