Did this earlier in work, quite pleased because mine was supposedly 6 years younger.
Buoyed too by the fact that diet and exercise(currently averaging 70 mpw on the push iron) weren’t taken into consideration.
My heart is one year older than me, apparently.
I think the number would be very different if the quiz asked about alcohol and exercise, though. Waste of time really.
Just did it. I'm fine, so they say. Personally, would like to lose an inch around the waist. Tbh being 'OK' doesn't give me anything to aim for to increase my life-span....I'll aim for the inch off the waist. :)
Mr J2 doesn't need to do this quiz. He's got every heart medication he needs at the mo. since the scare in December. He's 85 now and, thinking about the quiz, his heart would come out younger than him! :)
Nonsense scaremongering "test". It tells me that I am due a telegram from the Queen when I know that I have barely used my heart. I use my head only. Plus only 3 weeks ago I went for my annual cardio MOT and was told by the consultant that my heart is in good order and that my pulse and BP tests were excellent. Today I have walked a good 8 miles up hill and down dale and see young people all around me who definitely could not.
