Navel and ears pierced. 4 tattoos:rose on left ankle,hummingbird on left chest,stylised roses,thorns and sun on lower back,cannabis leaf of right shoulder blade(I was 17 years old and drunk for the last one.lol)

rose tattoos are so generic........ only a chav be wiling to have dozens of those or any at all on their body.
I'd never get a tattoo done myself becoz my tastes change all the time and i get bored of same things/routine quite easily..... so in my honest opinion, nothing daring about a tattoo, its for boring people who've run out of ideas to make themselves stand out from the crowd.

My tatts don't make me stand out from the crowd as they are all in places where they are hidden,I didn't have them for that reason anyway.

Hi missjef, I have had ears and nosed pierced, but my body really hates piercings, so they didn't really work out.

A couple of months ago I got my first tattoo-a butterfly/vine design that I draweded myself! I love it, it means a lot to me.

I love to hear about everyone here, lets me build up a picture in my head :)

I used to have a belly button bar but had to take it out during pregnancy.

I also have a butterfly tattoo on my back, it's blue and my son has tried washing it off!

daffy, you just have tattoos done so you can show off and tell everyone you got them done. Look at how many times some bore on here asks the question repeatedly?
Many people think tattoos directly = cool, but with almost everyone getting them done now, its more original to be tattoo-less and interesting in less obvious ways than some crap art tattooed on you by some ex-criminal or druggie or part time mechanic. A picture/symbol on your body for your whole life means nothing if you've done nothing much in life ....
its my opinion, so why dont you live and let live, ok?

butterflies or any other flies are the next most generic tattoo i've ever seen.... oooh it symbolises th transformation from a cocoon to a butterfly, oh WOW.... symbolic indeed, and when you're 60 years old, that butterfly will look like a wrinkly bad dream.

I do live and let live Blu3wave,I don't come on AB to abuse people as you do just for being larger than I am,having nose hair etc. If we were all slim and dressed the same then how boring would that be. I like the fact that people are individuals and have different tastes and styles,I don't try and force my opinion on things down their throats either.

thats right daffy, grow fat so you can stop being boring and REALLY stand out from the crowd.... with your fat ass and head, i dont think you'd be able to let anyone ''live'' if they got too close to you in a crowded street or if you fell on them.
I dint bring fatso's into this btw, this was about boring generic tattoos and people who tihnk they look 'cool' (lol) coz they have a tattoo or two on them.

I dont care what you look like, daffy, you're a nobody as far as i'm concerned.
I just want to freely express my opinion that tattoos are crap, i know so many people who have it, and it just bores me coz its not even art in my opinion, just cheap stencils of various flowers or symbols or butterflies... . just looks cheap and classless.
