Difflam spray??

My daughter as been prescibed this for her throat infection.. I sprayed 4 times into her mouth like it said is she allowed to swallow it .. I wernt sure so wen I sprayed an there was alot of liquid I told her to spit.. Iv read the instructions an it doesant say anything about spitting .. Advice please :)

I used to have this spray whenever I had tonsilitis. I swallowed it and it never did me any harm at all. I'm sure it would be ok because its not vast quantities being swallowed. Not really a definite answer but hope it helps!
I used it when I had throat infections etc, I never spat any out and I'm still here!
If it doesn't say spit it out then there's no need to.
Is this a "wndup?"....Difflam is a bleedin mouthwash....of course you must spit it out.
Ooooops!...my aplogies....it is the "SPRAY" AND NOT THE MOUTHWASH"......safe to swallow then.
