going to court and representing my self to see my child
0 Answers
I have had a right going on with my ex over the last nearly two years.
we ended up in court when we first seperated as I went for residency due to her state of mind, depression, self half, abuse towards me and our little one and she had counter claims, so there was a court order set, then this altered throu a solicitor to alternatre weekends.
she has ground down this contact and now is refusing contact as my little boy is saying daddy smack, after his visit to me a fornight ago. but I have two witnesses to prove I did not. she said she has contact social and the police, so I have been waiting for them to come and talk to me with no prevail, so I rung them and they knew nothing of it!!!!
i am unable to get legal aid as earn to much (?!?!? hard to believe) btu with maintance and debtr I am paying off I am unable to afford a solicitor or to get in !0k worth of debt again for their "expert" adivce.
What would I need to do to represent my self at court, and does any one have any advice on what to say, what to do and what not to do.
