I have important exams coming up, if I do not pass them then I can not go on my study year abroad in New Zealand which I have been working towards for the past 4 years. The problem is, I feel burnt out and have absolutely no motivation for these exams despite their importance. Anyone have any useful tips for revision motivation?

try revising with classical music playing, it helps concentration as the beat mimics the waves in your brain, have a window open, feel comfortable, eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg, drink water or juices, avaoid caffine and find a revision technique that suits you, (highlighting, flip cards, post its, voice recording,) burn some essential oils to help such as ylang ylang, take regular breaks and reward yourself for doing some study, you only have to do this for a short period of time so its worth the effort now. Why not stick a pic of NZ up in your room which'll remind you why you'd doing it all!!
Good luck
