anyone tried to claim thier bank charges back with a company called licit legal - my claim still hasn't gone through even tho it was started in february and now i cant get onto thier website and the phone and fax are constanly busy ?

Why use a company. Send letter to bank asking for all charges for the last six years, or write asking for refund of charges. There are web pages with template letters you can print, just type bank charges refund templates.

You should have done it yourself. Very easy, I sent 1st letter in May and have just accepted an offer from NatWest.

If you start yourself now, your claim won't be looked until the outcome of the test case which was started on 27th July. You can still send the letter though, to make it known you will claim when the outcome of the case is known.

The company have changed address and phone number. The web site is down too. I phoned 118118 and got there new number which is 01614426344. I have spoken with someone today hope this helps.
