my ex and i have 3 kids together i have full custody and we both have p.r we have gone through 5yrs of crt cases and he demands everything under the sun from access to overnight visits which i agree to as i dont think it right my kids dont see their dad. the problem is he has said he doesnt want kids apart from when it suits him my daughter has extreme behaviour problems and putting a strain on my new (4yr) relationship but my ex refuses to help rather than have all 3 kids once a month he has 1 child p/w which isnt what was agreed at court. he was 2 have 2 boys 1 week and my girl the following week any suggestions or legal advice

if he is breaking the order you have every right to appeal to the courts i understand your situation im the same withmy ex to keep the peace for my daughter. it is very brave of you as most dont bother. i would try and remind him of the order and if your daughter is not happy about the situation you reaaly need to get it sorted....

I too have had similar problems but because it was the ex who applied to the courts for contact it is me who has to follow the order and not him he can do as he pleases.

What you do depends on how confrontational or not you want to be.
