Recipes For ( Pork Butt )

either in slow cooker or oven, i want some ideas for pork butt. i watched some vids on youtube but mostly all american and they smoke them and barbeque them. obviously i cannot do that living in an apt.

anyway...any ideas ?

The reason Youtube videos about cooking 'pork butt' are mainly American is because we don't use that term in the UK. It's 'leg of pork' recipes that you need to be looking for:
