My cam is covered by black page saying camera off...HP assistant says press shutter key BUT where is shutter key on action bar...new laptop so different to my last one...Please can someone help me get camera back...Thank you so much.

It should be on the keyboard in the actions bar.

I think it is 7 from the right top row. The light will come on when activated
