its never been tried as far as i know being a chef for over 20 years. if you start the same way in the process and cook it in the same way as in a normal oven you might get the same result.

It may well not be standard practice among chefs, Tiggerlit, but it's clear that someone has tried it, given the recipe provided in my earlier answer's link!
