raspberry ideas

our raspberry bushes have produced tonnes of lovely raspberries and i'm looking for interesting ideas for serving them up. It seems a shame to use them all up in smoothies, or just have them with icecream.

does anyone have any yummy ideas?

Not very original but I love them with raspberry angel delight !
Or make some shortbreads and sandwich together with cream and rasps. Yummy !

How about raspberry and white chocolate muffins. Yummy.

Push them through a sieve, sweeten them with a little icing sugar then you have a wonderful sauce to pour over...anything you want, really. It is just heavenly over strawberries.
And it freezes beautifully.

Eton Mess.......meringues(homemade if pos ),whipped cream.......and loads of raspberries.....all combined....scrumptious!!!!

I have posted this recipe before on AB, it is gorgeous and so easy as no gelatine involved. I would used about 300gms of rasberries plus more to decorate

Alibobs - that a very nice and simple recipe. i've made it several times, many times substituting different types of berries. it worth making.

pasta freak probaply has it sown up.... Eton Mess, Nothing better, but this week due to the glut of raspberries I am making up a raspberry jelly and dropping in the fruit. It goes down a treat morning noon and night

what about crumbles, tarts, homemade raspberry frozen yogurt the ideas are endless.
