If you couldn't get any milk ... what would you REALLY miss ?

I prefer coffee with milk, but I could manage without, or drink green tea.

Apart from that, I could live without milk.

ahms ... have toast or crumpets instead of cereal.
The only milk I have is a tiny bit in coffee (which I drink rarely). I drink black tea. I just don't like it. Have soya on cereal and like the taste.
Apparently, after early infancy humans don't need milk if they eat a good mixed diet.

I love cheese though!!
I need milk as I like my lattes. My 12 year old drinks nothing but milk - doesnt drink minerals or anything else so would be lost without it. My 20 year old likes a pint of milk every so often - so yes we would be completely lost without milk. Just think if we didnt drink milk we might be playing for Acrington Stanley - who ? I hear you say ? Exactly !
No I wouldn`t miss it and may have to go without if my trusty shopper returns without it LOL

I only drink coffee rarely, too.

Probably no more than about ten mugs a day.

I take a glass of milk to bed sometimes, but I wouldn't worry if I couldn't.
oh no! I could only drink milk straight from the fridge. skimmed and preferably organic.

What is "organic" milk ?

that's something kind of official. I'm under the impression that dairy cows are fed a diet that makes them produce more milk so you get a kind of "watered-down" version, but the organic way means that the milk is somehow purer and contains more vitamins/calcium, or something like. I may be wrong!

I buy organic eggs for the same reason. and organic carrots because they taste nicer!
